Responsibilites:
You will be responsible for supporting and administering voice, video conferencing systems, LAN network environments, etc.
Assist and manage the IT networking infrastructure including all routers, switches, installations, maintenance and support.
Responsible for documenting data and voice networks.
Take a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of networking basics including QoS, VPN, basic routing and switching, including TCP/IP, RDP, UDP, and FTP.
Good knowledge ofPLC's (Rockwell, etc,) dragline systems, scale systems, coal quality analyzers, and
Mining specific application systems such as Matrikon or Modular Mining is a bonu
Understanding of PBX systems including Mitel and Cisco is a bonus
