Field Account Manager
The Manager, Account Management is responsible for developing sales plans and coordinating marketing strategies to establish and maintain sales relationships with major accounts and customers.
This role works to develop the account management team to maximize profits.

GCR operates 9 Stores, 2 Bandag Retread Plants, and 5 Off-The-Road Tire Repair Facilities in 5 states, along with managing tire programs at several remote mine locations.
In short, GCR plays anywhere mining equipment is operated.
Responsibilities:
Manage annual unit and profit budgetsIdentify and implement necessary actions to ensure financial results are achievedEstablish and develop relationships with internal resources to provide additional value for customersAnalyze and recommend sales and marketing program adjustments in order to maximize profit and optimize sales volumeCollect and report competitive market informationDevelop account management team to ensure effective performance and support customer service expectationsRelevant experience and education required Recommended Skills Account Management Customer Service Finance Financial Management Sales Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
